I am sure many people will be blessed by your post. Congratulations again and welcome to maintenance! A few years ago I was probably about 170 but didn’t want to look at the scale to confirm it. I got down to about 135, but did so in a pretty unhealthy/unsustainable way and gained a lot of the weight back. Also, it’s helpful to see that you’re really happy with your current lifestyle.
