She fought with her husband, they both got on drugs and straight up left us inn a house going through eviction and very little tiime to get out. Because the area is rural as shit, there re no social programs nearby that can help. So, what am I supposed to do? I got hoodwinked and fucked. My only option is to try and find a way to get to south Texas with my wife, 2 kids, and all our stuff to live with my wife's family. No help in place, and my kids would get taken by social services even if social services existed where we are. I applied for and got food stamps online, which is he only reason we can eat, and a phone that my wife's sister pays for.I'm actually on the east side of Statesville.I do indeed need work, but housing is taking so much time and energy to sustain that it's ridiculous. I managed to get a church to help turn the power back on, but the eviction is still ongoing in my stepdad's name. I'm going to talk to the landlord about the situation and how we were brought up here and just left, but I'm not terribly hopeful.
