I get what the reporter was trying to say but it would’ve been better if she had just referred to LeBron as either a big brother or mentor. This is by far the biggest NBA forum on the internet. And any news is posted within seconds and commented on thousands of times, seen by hundreds of thousands. Reddit is special because the conversation is actually aggregated compared to other social media. But it’s not the largest NBA platform. Social media like IG, Twitter, and FB are bigger only counting the NBA communities. Some? Sure I’m not denying Reddit can have influence, but people act like most narratives don’t mirror other sites. That was the point I was making, that the points are here are unique.
